Privacy Policy
We collect only the data necessary to deliver your project (like name, email, and project files). Your information is stored securely and never shared or sold. You have the right to request data deletion at any time.
Refund Policy
You may cancel within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund if work hasn’t started. After that, payments are final. Corrections and minor adjustments are offered within 3 business days of delivery.
Travel Policy
DraftHaus includes travel up to 50 miles round trip from our primary service location in the base project price.
For locations exceeding 40 miles, travel fees will be clearly outlined in the project quote before work begins.
